With a BBA in Accounting from Kennesaw State University, she led the financial operations of a multi-million dollar company before launching a thriving pressure washing business with her husband. Passionate about helping small businesses grow, Molly brings both corporate expertise and entrepreneurial grit to every project. When she's not supporting clients, you’ll find her spending time with family, working out, or exploring new food spots.

After earning her BBA in Management and Entrepreneurship from Kennesaw State University, she helped lead and grow a multi-million dollar company, eventually taking over its operations. Des is passionate about helping small businesses reach their full potential with strategy, heart, and hustle. Outside of work, she loves hiking, kayaking, dancing on a whim, and cherishing time with her family—often with a few happy tears along the way.
